The statement from MVP Sports Foundation (MVPSF) came after the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) said it would subpoena officials of Ateneo de Manila University and Smart Communications as part of its investigation into the deaths of Ateneo basketball players Rene Baterbonia and Divine Adili.
