During the 14th impeachment meeting of the House committee on justice tackled the hiring of Helen Macasaet as an IT consultant to improve the SC?s Enterprise Information Systems Plan (EISP).
ICT consultant Helen Macasaet was hired with an allegedly excessive compensation of P250,000 a month, which is higher than the P150,000 monthly salary of an SC justice.
