Grab brings social protection closer to partner drivers in PH

Mandatory online filing of SSS retirement claims for self-employed members starts July 1

Social Security System (SSS) president and CEO Michael G. Regino said the coverage of the mandatory online filing of retirement benefit claims through the My.SSS Portal will be extended to self-employed members who are 60 to 64 years old starting July 1, 2022.

The Social Security System (SSS) has recorded 11,088 online transactions for funeral benefit claims in the first quarter of 2021, up by 13.6% from 9,762 transactions recorded in the second semester of last year.

SSS intros e-learning portal to members, employers

SSS reduces operational capacity, urges use of online services
