Sen. Jinggoy Estrada is seeking a Senate investigation into the Department of Education (DepEd)’s computer procurement program to determine if it has resorted to the practice of "splitting of contracts" to be able to grant multi-billion peso deals to only a few "favored" suppliers of the agency.
