The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Malaysia’s My Blockchain Infrastructure Sdn. Bhd. (MBI) and Zetrix Philippines to explore cross-border verification of government-issued digital credentials between the Philippines and Malaysia.
