Globe opens concept store in world’s oldest Chinatown

Globe recently opened its latest concept store in Binondo, bringing the one-stop telco experience to the district of Manila that houses the oldest Chinatown in the world.

The Globe store in Binondo has Chinese speaking in-store specialists like Melissa Sy-Ortega who provide consultations on various Globe products and services to Filipino-Chinese customers living in the area

Located at the 2nd Floor of the newly opened Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, the concept store showcases the store concept of Globe.

With its distinctive two-section layout, the Globe store offers top-of-the-line gadgets and accessories, as well as customer service and after-sales support.

The shop zone features live demo units of the latest smartphones that customers can try and test. In the service zone, customers can do various transactions such as account opening, account management, payments, top ups, and GCASH transactions.

The store also has a self-help area for customers who want immediate answers or who need a copy of their bill. In addition, store specialists are on hand to provide consultations and solutions to customers.

Globe currently has over 80 concept stores and is poised to open more concept stores in strategic locations all over the country.
