Mobile operator Globe Telecom issued a clarification on Monday, Feb. 25, that there will be ?no service disruption? when it conducts an IT system migration from March 2 to 5.
?We wish to clarify that there will be no service disruption to our customers. Postpaid promo services will still function normally from March 2 to 5; however, we will be unable to process new registrations for these promos during this time,? the company said.
With the upgrading, Globe urged its customers to subscribe to their favorite promos before March 2 or after March 5.
?Registrations to promos before March 2 will certainly be processed, and the promo service availed will function even during the said IT systems migration period,? it explained.
Customers will still be able to call, text, and access the Internet and applications normally during the migration process, it stressed.
