Coming off the heels of NBA 2K14?s 70 Game of the Year Award Nominations, NBA 2K15 promises to be a more exciting and exhilarating basketball simulation experience, with no less than NBA MVP Kevin Durant on the cover, according to X-Play Online Games, the distributor for the game title.
NBA 2K15 is being exclusively marketed by X-Play Online Games together with game publishing frontrunner 2K Sports and developed by Visual Concepts.
New features include a new mode called MY League exclusive to NBA 2K15 PlayStation 4, XBoxOne and PC. This offers both single season or up to an 80-year franchise experience where players can control over every aspect of how the league plays out.
NBA 2K15 likewise features an expanded list of Euroleague teams, including top-level FC Bayern Munich of Germany, Galatasaray Liv Hospital Istanbul of Turkey, and the Partizan NIS Belgrade of Serbia, bringing the total number of playable Euroleague teams to over 20.
Renowned artist and producer Pharell Williams curates this year?s soundtrack, promising to be the most unique soundtrack compilation in NBA 2K history.

Animation: This year?s game will feature approximately 5,000 new animations, with a core focus on NextGen movement.
Control: Players now feel more engaged in every basketball decision and action, with control over rebounding, steals, blocks and the like.
Defense: Improved floor game, more contact in the pain and better locomotion, including an all-new defensive AI system to deliver a more realistic flow, to rotations on defense and contextual decision-making.
Smarter AI: New team-specific play sets and the introduction of the Sit Tech play system.
New shooting system: Timing used to be just one factor in the calculation, but now all shot factor are fed through the shot meter, making timing the ultimate determiner as to whether a shot is a make or miss.
Out in local stores on October 9, 2014, NBA 2K15 will be available in PlayStation4, PlayStation3, XBoxOne, XBox360, and Microsoft Windows PC formats. However, this will be the first time in the franchise history that the PC version will be the same as the PlayStation4 and XBoxOne versions.
