The mobile learning center was donated by Asus Foundation in 2010 under the project of APEC Digital Opportunity Center (known as ?ADOC?).

The foundation has cooperated with ADOC Project in the Philippines to set up 5 ADOC e-learning centers. The e-learning centers are located in select rural areas in Luzon and Visayas.

The e-learning centers are equipped with more than 20 pieces of Asus Desktop PC, Asus monitors and two well-trained lecturers.

Asus said the e-learning center is a ?transformed? 40-feet-container trailer operated by Fil Chi Love & Care Foundation. It has roved around the rural villages of Luzon, Iloilo, and Visayas.

The graduation ceremony in Pangasinan was attended by Asus executives and local government officials.
