Moneymax, a financial comparison website for car insurance offerings, recently celebrated its 5th anniversary in the country with an updated website and logo visual redesign.
The platform provides an avenue for users in comparing and purchasing the different car insurance plans. It also includes financial guides that allow users to save as much as 14.5% on their annual premium. Customer service guarantees clients a 15-minute average response time on Facebook Messenger and 100% of e-policies issued within 2-3 business days.
Currently, seven out of ten customers choose to renew their car insurance through Moneymax’s website, the company said.
When it comes to claims, users are able to receive their LOA (letter of authority) with Moneymax’s free and digital claims assistance tools, with a 24-hour response time for all claims requests.
