First live-streamed ball racing game in PH debuts

Online racing platform Karera.Live held its anticipated launch last Dec. 18 at The Blue Leaf in McKinley Hill Village in Taguig City.

“Karera.Live fills a gap in the gaming market by offering a truly unique racing experience. This is more than just a launch — it’s the beginning of a new era in gaming,” said Karera.Live spokesperson Gabriel Canlas Ablola during the launch.

Karera.Live is said to be the first Pagcor-licensed, live-streamed ball racing game in the country, operating under the Local Gaming Operator category and Specialty Games bracket.

Designed for local audiences, the platform offers an immersive gaming experience through games like the Dos Letra Karera.

Karera.Live introduces a gameplay concept where players can bet on live-streamed races featuring specially designed racing balls.

The game combines the thrill of classic racing with the unpredictability of gravity and momentum. The tracks themselves are spectacles, featuring straightaways, tight corners, dynamic obstacles, carousels, and elevation changes to create an edge-of-your-seat experience.

Players participate by selecting their preferred racing ball and placing bets through the platform’s live stream, accessible exclusively on mobile phones. Wins are credited instantly to the players’ e-wallets.

Karera.Live leverages advanced technology, including real-time live streaming, low-latency networks, and secure e-wallet systems.

The platform’s E-KYC system ensures that only players aged 21 and above residing in the Philippines can join, in compliance with Pagcor standards.

Each race is designed with randomized start gates and precise engineering, making outcomes unpredictable and impossible to duplicate.

During the event, Karera.Live showcased live demo races, media panel discussions, and key partnership announcements.

Attendees also learned about upcoming games such as Tres Letra Karera (three balls) and the Zodiac Race, which features 12 balls representing the zodiac signs competing in thrilling races.

Ablola noted, “We aim to redefine the gaming landscape by combining entertainment with integrity and technology.”

“Our long-term vision is to establish Karera.Live as the premier gaming platform in the Philippines while supporting Pagcor and the Philippine government’s nation-building programs,” he added.

Proudly Filipino-owned and employing a 100% Filipino workforce, the group behind Karera.Live plans to expand its game offerings, introduce advanced features, and create more opportunities for player engagement in the next few months. New concepts such as themed tracks and dynamic game mechanics promise to keep the experience fresh and exciting for players.
