2GO rolls out first batch of e-trucks to boost sustainable logistics

2GO has deployed its first fleet of electric trucks, expanding its shift toward cleaner and more sustainable logistics operations.

The company, which has already adopted electric forklifts, Euro 4–compliant vehicles, solar-powered facilities, and eco-friendly packaging, said the new e-trucks will help cut emissions while maintaining delivery efficiency.

“These new electric trucks reflect 2GO’s long-standing commitment to sustainability,” said Faye Alonzo, 2GO forwarding business unit head.

The electric trucks are built for high-volume cargo and are expected to reduce fuel costs, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and provide quieter operations for both urban and intercity routes.

2GO said the move strengthens its goal of reducing its overall carbon footprint as it continues to modernize its transportation and warehouse systems.
