ManageEngine, the enterprise IT management division of India-based Zoho Corporation, is strengthening its foothold in the Philippines as local organizations accelerate digital transformation.
The company, which launched globally in 2002, has been providing IT management solutions to Philippine businesses for more than two decades and now supports over 500 customers across sectors such as government, healthcare, IT services, and banking.
Founded in 1996 and backed by a global workforce of around 18,000 employees, ManageEngine offers a unified platform covering network and server management, endpoint management, IT service management, and cybersecurity.
Its solutions are available both on-premise and in the cloud, allowing organizations to choose deployment models that align with their governance and operational requirements.
The country’s fast-evolving IT landscape — driven by the government’s cloud-first policies, increased data center investments, and rising cybersecurity threats — has created strong market momentum for the company.
ManageEngine reported 25% year-on-year growth globally, with cloud adoption rising by an impressive 40%.
To meet shifting customer needs, the company has ramped up investments in artificial intelligence, embedding machine learning and generative AI across its product suite.
Customers may opt to use either public or self-hosted language models, giving them more control over data privacy and enabling more contextual automation for IT operations and decision-making.
ManageEngine has also established a dedicated Philippine team to expand customer support and strengthen local partnerships.
The team is expected to lead training and certification initiatives, helping organizations build modern IT capabilities while contributing to the country’s growing digital economy.
