Epson Philippines has opened a new office in Cebu City as part of efforts to strengthen its presence in the Visayas and provide closer support to regional customers and partners.
The facility is located at the Skyrise Beta Building in Cebu Business Park, a major commercial district in the city.
Company executives, local officials, and business partners attended the inauguration rites, which included a blessing and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
EPC president and director Masako Kusama said the new office is intended to bring the company’s services and engagement activities nearer to clients in the region.
“This new Cebu office symbolizes Epson’s dedication to staying closer to our customers, partners, and communities,” Kusama said.
“We look forward to deepening our relationships in the Visayas and contributing to the region’s economic and technological progress.”
The Cebu site includes a Solution Center where corporate clients can view demonstrations of Epson technologies.
It also has spaces designed for training sessions, product showcases, and small business events aimed at supporting local partners.
The company said the expansion will serve as a base for regional operations, customer support, and collaboration with businesses in the Visayas, reflecting Cebu’s role as a growing commercial and technology hub.
