Ride-hailing app rolls out self-service help tool for driver-partners

Maxim Rides & Food Delivery has added a self-service guide to its Taxsee Driver app, allowing driver-partners to find information about the platform without contacting customer support.

The new Driver’s Help section contains answers to frequently asked questions, details about Maxim’s services, and other information related to fulfilling orders.

Maxim said the feature is intended to address routine concerns more quickly and reduce the need for driver-partners to contact its support team.

The ride-hailing and delivery platform reported that 81% of driver inquiries receive a response within 24 hours, while 22% of simple inquiries are answered within 15 minutes. More complicated cases may take longer to resolve.

Nearly 90% of its driver-partners were satisfied with its customer support during the first half of 2026, according to company figures. Maxim did not disclose the number of respondents or the methodology used for the satisfaction measure.

“At Maxim, we continuously invest in solutions that make it easier for driver-partners to perform orders and access support whenever they need it. The Driver’s Help section and our ongoing improvements to customer support are part of our commitment to providing a better experience for every driver-partner on the Maxim platform,” Maxim Rides & Food Delivery president Andres Morales Jr. said.

Maxim began operating in the Philippines in Cebu in 2020 and has since expanded to 22 other cities. It is licensed as a transport network company for car-based passenger services and participates in motorcycle taxi pilot programs in Metro Manila and Cagayan de Oro.
