Last week, a "system upgrade" caused problems in inventory deliveries to Jollibee stores, and even outright shutdown of 72 stores. Certainly, the defects in the current Jollibee project would have been cheaper had they been found during development, rather than during production, where they are now costing Jollibee millions of pesos a day.
