TCL Philippines, the local arm of the Chinese consumer electronics company founded in 1981, has officially announced that VST ECS Philippines Inc. will be bringing the brand’s smartphone, tablet, and audio device business in the country.
Poco, now an independent consumer tech brand from Xiaomi, has announced the local availability of its two new flagship-level devices – the Poco F3 running the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 5G mobile platform, and the Poco X3 powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 860 processor.
With a price tag of P19,995, the M2 comes with a 350W motor and 7.5Ah high-capacity battery – enabling it to reach speeds of up to 25 km/h and distances around 30km in a single charge.
Finnish mobile brand HMD Global recently held its largest smartphone launch to date, unveiling six new devices all at once -- from the entry-level C-series, the G-series mid-rangers, and the top-of-the-line X-series.
The new midrange Note is lighter than its predecessor and a slightly smaller 6.43” display. Compared to the Note 9, the device has an older Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection but with a higher 409 pixels-per-inch density and better IPX rating. The Redmi Note 10 also blows its predecessor out the water as it doubles the peak brightness thanks to its Amoled DotDisplay panel, now producing 1100 nits.
The ZenBook 14 comes in two variants: an 1th generation Intel Core i5 processor paired with Intel Iris Xe Graphics, and an 11th generation Intel Core i7 processor equipped with a dedicated Nvidia GeForce MX450 discrete graphics core. The i5 variant with integrated graphics is priced at P79,995 while the i7 version with GeForce MX450 has a more premium price tag of P99,995.
The devices, which are designed in Dubai, include mechanical keyboards, gaming mice, speakers, and microphones – all covered by the company’s two-year warranty.
