At the beginning of 2017, Grab had just 30% market share of the Indonesian ride-hailing market, while local rival Go-JeK had a commanding 58% of the market. By the end of June 2018, Grab had made an impressive turnaround, establishing a 62% market share of the ride-hailing market.
While Siri and Google Now are well-established smartphone features, it is in the smart home that voice control systems will live out their full potential, according to analyst firm ABI Research.
ABI Research forecasts that sports, fitness, and wellness trackers will be dominated by Linux and proprietary operating systems between 2018 and 2023, making up 53% and 38% of the market respectively in 2018, with Android-based OSs completing the lineup.
