Philippine business process outsourcing (BPO) and knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) firm Asiatel Outsourcing has launched enterprise artificial intelligence (AI) automation services in the Philippines while introducing a separate service aimed at helping foreign software companies enter the local and Southeast Asian markets.
Philippine-based outsourcing company Asiatel Outsourcing Inc. has begun trading on Canada’s TSX Venture Exchange as it seeks to expand in North America and move into higher-value knowledge process outsourcing services.
