The city government of Manila has announced that it will be providing public school students with free access to online learning platforms under Globe’s BatangMaynilaSurf Plans.
DepEd Commons is an online educational platform created by the DepEd for public and private school teachers and learners which supports distance learning, and was being developed even before Covid-19 pandemic hit the country.
