VinFast plans to introduce battery-swapping scooter models in the country and has partnered with five local distributors to establish sales outlets and service centers across Luzon and Mindanao.
Grab Philippines will set up booths inside Intramuros where visitors can use 30 units of electronic scooters for free for a period of three months. After the pilot-test, the rentals would be made via a mobile application called GrabWheels.
