The recent batch of upgrades backed by AI allows Google Maps to offer an Immersive View for routes, revamp its Google Search, promote sustainability with information targeted towards Electric Vehicle (EV) users, as well as release several other expansions.

Google, in collaboration with the DOTr and the DOH, has added locally relevant information onto its Maps as part of response efforts to help in the fight against Covid-19.
