Cerebro Labs, a new tech incubator and accelerator headquartered in Makati, has opened its pioneer startup challenge this 2018 to discover promising entrepreneurs with innovative startup ideas but who may not have the resources to move forward.
By increasing the number of incubators, there will be more entrepreneurs, more startups, more jobs, more businesses and, in the long run, have an impact on national economic development.
