The Philippines is set to manufacture its first locally produced hybrid vehicles after Mitsubishi Motors Corporation confirmed plans to establish hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) production in the country.
The charging station was donated by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation (MMPC) after getting a grant from its mother company in Japan for 10 EV units of Mitsubishi i-MiEV and Outlander PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) lines.
