PEZA now says the CREATE law does not prohibit registered IT-BPM firms from conducting remote work or performing a portion of their activity outside the economic zones.
The Philippine Economic Zone Authority also launched its online job fair to link Filipinos, especially displaced OFWs, to PEZA-registered companies located in over 400 economic zones nationwide.
Under the MOA, the EITSC will conduct trainings and workshops with companies inside the economic zones that will allow them to be compliant with the Data Privacy Act.
