The Senate has plugged a hole in the 2019 national budget, through which multi-billion-peso Chinese and other foreign-funded projects unilaterally approved by the executive can be paid, Sen. Ralph Recto said.
The Senate has ratified the bicameral conference committee report on the proposed law which will allow employees in the private sector to telecommute or work-from-home.
