Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian has warned the operator of North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) that its concession agreement could be revoked due to possible violations committed in the implementation of the RFID rollout.

In filing of Senate Bill No. 365 or the Prepaid Load Forever Act, Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian is proposing to prohibit the imposition of an expiration date on the validity period of prepaid load credits, regardless of the amount involved, unless fully consumed.
