From merely transferring funds between e-wallets, mobile money service provider GCash has made its move to the banking world via GCash Bank Transfer.
Powered by InstaPay by the Central Bank of the Philippines, this new service allows users to make GCash-to-bank and bank-to-GCash transactions in real time using their smartphone. It also makes electronic fund transfer to and from non-bank e-money issuers in the Philippines possible.
With this, not only does GCash Bank Transfer widen users’ options for mobile banking. It also levels up their banking experience by speeding up the process and making it more simple and convenient – whether sending money to a family member or friend, making an online deposit to a seller, transferring funds from his GCash wallet to his bank account and vice versa, or any other transaction.
Users can make fund transfers to and from 37 banks nationwide via GCash. For a seamless bank transfer, they have to link and cash in to GCash using their bank account.
Remember, GCash also allows electronic fund transfer to and from non-bank e-money issuers in the Philippines. You may use GCash on Globe, TM, Smart, Sun, and Talk and Text networks.
By linking and cashing in with your bank account, you can now enjoy the premium GCash experience. On your smartphone. In less than three minutes. For free.
