In what appears to be a departure from the usual Apple model where its iPhones are sold through mobile carriers, local Apple distributor Power Mac Center said it has begun selling on Friday, Nov. 15, unlocked iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c models.
Unlocked iPhone units have open access to all telecom service providers inside and outside the country.
Available at all Power Mac Center stores nationwide, the unlocked iPhone models provide customers with network flexibility without the hassles of a subscription approval process and lock-in periods.
When purchasing the iPhone 5s and 5c, customers may pay cash or avail of installment options.
Buyers of the new iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c, as well as previously released iPhone models, can also avail of after-sales service as Power Mac Center is an Apple Premium Service Provider and Authorized Service Provider in the Philippines.
Power Mac Center also provides free one-hour classroom training for customers who would purchase the latest iPhone models. By presenting their receipt, customers can avail of the training which allows them to learn more about the features of their new acquisition.
