Ericsson PH appoints new exec as ICT head of engagement

Ericsson Philippines and Pacific Islands has announced the appointment of Fabrizio Cara as ICT Head of Engagement.

Cara joins Ericsson Philippines from Ericsson AB?s Business Unit Global Services team, where he led the Global Application Development and Maintenance team with specific responsibilities to grow that business on a global scale.

Cara joined Ericsson in 2011, having previously worked for Accenture Italy as a Senior Manager in the Business and Operations Support Systems (BSS-OSS) space.

He has also led consulting, systems integration and managed services projects for telco operators in Europe, covering different domains such as fulfillment, business intelligence, revenue management, service assurance, customer relationship management, TV and media, IMS, business analysis and process design/ re-engineering, application development & maintenance, application and IT infrastructure operation.

Since joining Ericsson, Cara has engaged extensively with C-level customers to help them meet their business objectives by leveraging Ericsson?s solutions and services in OSS.
