Call center iQor to hire 1,250 workers after expanding Dasmarinas facility

US-based BPO firm iQor has announced that it is added an additional 65,000 square feet to its Dasmari?as, Cavite contact center.


The third floor expansion will triple the call center?s size since its initial opening in October 2013. The expanded facility will span 195,000 square feet and is expected to employ 5,000 by the end of 2015.

Client growth and a strong labor market is fueling iQor?s expansion in Dasmari?as, which is located 17 miles south of Manila, an area where many locals call home. Dasmari?as is the largest city in the province of Cavite, and is in close proximity to Manila?s 12 million residents.

When iQor first selected Dasmari?as as the call center hub for the Philippines, it looked for a central location.

?The Dasma location is one of the primary growth drivers for iQor. We service eight of the company?s largest clients from the center,? said Ankush Khosla, senior vice president of telecommunication at iQor.

iQor?s Dasmari?as call center is located inside the SM Dasmari?as Mall on Governor’s Drive, on the corner of Aguinaldo Highway, Brgy. Sampaloc 1, Dasmari?as City, Cavite.

iQor is seeking to hire over 1,250 care agents in the next 12 months in addition to supervisors, managers, trainers and call center professionals to help support its expansion.
