Two Filipino grade school students brought honor to the country recently when they topped the 2015 Asean Cyberkids Camp held last June 8-10 in Bandung, Indonesia.

The competition brought together top primary school students to compete in the fields of computer animation, interactive stories, or application.
Lord?s Angels Montessori School students Marc Gabriel Magpili and Miguel Raymund San Joaquin won the first prize in Scratch Animation Competition.
The duo was time-pressured to develop an audio-visual presentation showcasing the importance of information and communication technology (ICT) in learning using the basics of programming.
Magpili and San Joaquin were coached by Sarah Jane Y. Magcalas.
The event was also held to enhance the students? skills in adaptability, self-direction, awareness of cross-cultural issues, critical thinking, problem solving, working in a team, and ability to use ICT creatively.
