?Kill the Plumber,? a game created by indie game developer Bari Silvestre, is a humorous take on the iconic game Super Mario Bros.

Silvestre, who is also the same guy behind the game called ?Pretentious? which was released last year, said his new game has already claimed international awards and nominations.

The game has been nominated as Most Innovative Game at the Casual Connect Asia last May 2015. Then, after being picked as one of the ten finalists at the Independent Games Festival China in October 25-26, it won the Excellence in Design in the prestigious event.

Locally, the game has won ?Best in Gameplay? and ?Best in Innovation? at the ICT Creative Awards organized by the Department of Science and Technology together with Animation Council of the Philippines and Game Developers Association of the Philippines.

The game will be released for PC on Steam this January 1, 2016.
