BPO operator Sitel Philippines recently partnered with the city government of Pasig to conduct a workshop titled ?Enhancing Communication Skills for Effective Leadership.? Sitel experts discussed the rudiments of writing, presenting, crafting effective communications, and interfacing with the media.
The partnership was especially significant for Sitel as the company has been operating in Pasig City for nearly two decades now, having established its first site in the city in 2000. Sitel Philippines said it intends to conduct more high-impact CSR projects in communities where it operates.
