Mobile operator Smart Communications has deployed an Amdocs solution to enable personalized customer engagement.
The solution is powered by the Amdocs aia platform, which offers a set of telecom-specific, real-time intelligence capabilities, which?supports Smart’s entire subscriber base of nearly 60 million prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
