The website of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) was hacked on Tuesday night, Jan. 23, with the agency’s homepage replaced with a message written in foreign language characters.
The online site of the Philippine National Police was also down. When its URL is accessed, a note appears saying the account is currently suspended.
