Local telco PLDT captured two awards at the recently held MEF 2018 Awards in Los Angeles, California.
Organized by industry group MEF, the MEF 2018 Awards is the largest awards program in the world focusing on emerging network services powered by LSO (Lifecycle Service Orchestration), SDN, NFV, SD-WAN, and Carrier Ethernet technologies.
This year’s MEF awards recognized 21 companies for service, application, technology, and professional excellence and innovation. Winners were recognized during the MEF Awards Gala Dinner at the JW Marriott Hotel in downtown Los Angeles.
PLDT was adjudged as the winner in Network and Service Innovation for the Asia Pacific region. It was also recognized as the Retail Service Provider of the Year for Asia Pacific.
