AI-powered app for property buying, selling, and renting in PH debuts

NoneAway, an AI-powered platform designed to make property buying, selling, and renting safer and smarter in the Philippines, has made its formal debut.

NoneAway boasts a powerhouse team and board members, including NoneAway’s founding angel investor ER Rollan, currently the founder and CEO of Growsari; Kaya Founder’s Paulo Campos, former CEO and co-founder of Zalora; Kaya Founder’s Ray Alimurung, former CEO of Lazada; and Jani Rautiainen, co-founder of PropertyGuru and who serves as one of NoneAway’s advisors and investors.

Crystal Lee Gonzalez, CEO and co-founder of NoneAway, said, “Our team combines world-class expertise in tech, e-commerce, and real estate to drive innovation and deliver unmatched value to our users.”

Gonzalez is also known for having launched Viber in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, growing it to over 100 million users and establishing it as the most-used chat app in the Philippines.

By combining cutting-edge AI technology with deep expertise in real estate, this mobile-first app was created to ensure a smart, seamless, and secure property transaction experience.

NoneAway’s name comes from the term “one-away,” used by licensed brokers to refer to the unlicensed “middleman” in real estate.

Moreover, NoneAway aims to eliminate the reported 120,000 illegitimate agents and create a safer space for users to find their next place, ensuring a trustworthy and transparent platform for all.

NoneAway said it is backed by leading investors, including Forge Ventures, Wavemaker Partners, Kaya Founders Ventures, and Vulpes, who have supported the platform with over $1 million in pre-seed funding.

“This backing will enable us to accelerate our mission and deliver transformative solutions to the Filipino real estate market,” said Gonzalez.

Licensed real estate professionals can get early access starting 11.11 by signing up at noneaway.com. Registered property owners and professionals will also gain exclusive beta app access on 12.12, where they can list their properties ahead of the public launch early next year.
