PhilWeb enters gambling aggregation after Pagcor nod

PhilWeb Corp. is entering the gambling content distribution and aggregation segment following its accreditation as a business-to-business (B2B) service provider by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (Pagcor).

The move marks a shift in the company’s role within the regulated gambling sector, expanding beyond its traditional gambling technology operations.

PhilWeb said it has developed a unified aggregation platform that allows licensed operators to access and integrate a range of compliant gambling content.

The platform connects operators with multiple content providers and is designed to support integration and management of digital gambling offerings within Pagcor’s regulatory framework.

Initial deployments have started with partners including PT Gaming and NUSTAR Online, covering both standalone online platforms and resort-linked gambling operations.

“This expansion represents a natural evolution of PhilWeb’s capabilities,” the company said in a statement. “By entering the content aggregation space, we are strengthening our value proposition to operators while contributing to the continued growth and modernization of the regulated gaming industry in the Philippines.”

PhilWeb said the platform is built to meet compliance requirements while enabling onboarding of additional content providers and partners. The company expects the new business to open up additional revenue streams as competition in the country’s regulated online gaming market intensifies.
