Both devices also feature a Leica 5x telephoto camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), supporting 10x optical zoom and up to 120x AI-assisted zoom.

Xiaomi said the phones can also capture macro shots and high-resolution 50MP telephoto images.

The company introduced new camera features such as Leica Live Moment, which records motion and surrounding scenes alongside still images, and Leica Live Portrait mode that adds natural-looking background blur effects.

The Xiaomi 17T Pro also adds 4K live cinematography tools and built-in zoom effects for video recording.

For display technology, the Xiaomi 17T Series uses Xiaomi Vision Care features that automatically adjust brightness and reduce blue light and flicker based on ambient lighting conditions. Xiaomi said the series received TÜV Rheinland quadruple eye-care certification.

The Xiaomi 17T Pro comes with a 1.5K AMOLED display featuring up to 3,500 nits of peak brightness and refresh rates of up to 144Hz, while the standard model supports up to 120Hz refresh rate.
