Converge ICT Solutions has received two awards at the Asian Experience Awards 2026 for its lifestyle-based broadband offerings and an enterprise podcast series focusing on cloud computing and digital infrastructure.
The fiber broadband provider won the Philippines Product Experience of the Year – Technology award for its “Live to the Power of X” campaign and the Philippines Digital Experience of the Year – Telecommunications award for its business-to-business (B2B) podcast initiative.

The consumer campaign reorganized Converge’s broadband offerings around specific customer activities and requirements rather than relying primarily on conventional speed and pricing categories.
Under the initiative, the company introduced products such as GameChanger for online gamers, Netflix Bundle for streaming subscribers, Time of Day for customers with varying Internet usage schedules, and Super FiberX for households with multiple connected devices.
“By organizing its offerings around customer needs and behaviors, Converge made it easier for consumers to identify products relevant to their lifestyles while highlighting the value beyond connectivity itself,” said John Paul Aguilar, Converge senior vice president and acting head of consumer sales and marketing.
According to the company, the campaign helped increase subscriptions to higher-value broadband plans, with bundle adoption rising from low single-digit levels to nearly half of its subscriber base.
Converge also reported that the initiative reached millions of customers and contributed to subscriber growth, although it did not disclose specific figures or the period covered by the results.
Meanwhile, the company’s Global Business Group received the Philippines Digital Experience of the Year – Telecommunications award for “Where the Digital World Converges: Conversations on Cloud,” a podcast series co-produced with business newspaper BusinessWorld.

The series features discussions with representatives from the private sector and government institutions on cloud infrastructure, digital sovereignty, the data economy, and other issues affecting the Philippines’ digital transformation.
Rather than focusing on product presentations, the podcast uses an interview-based format to examine technology developments and their implications for businesses and policymakers.
“In the enterprise space, decision-makers don’t just need products; they need perspective. By prioritizing genuine advocacy for digital growth over hard selling, we create an open space where leaders can navigate complex topics like cloud infrastructure and data sovereignty with confidence,” said Grace Jarin-Castillo, senior vice president and head of Corporate Business Group at Converge Global Business.
The podcast was distributed through Spotify and YouTube, with additional promotion on social media platforms.
Converge said the initiative generated tens of thousands of views among business audiences on social media, alongside video views on YouTube and listenership on Spotify. The company did not provide a detailed breakdown of audience figures across the platforms.
The Asian Experience Awards recognize companies for initiatives designed to improve experiences for customers, prospective clients, and employees.
The two awards cover separate areas of Converge’s operations, with one focused on consumer broadband products and the other on digital content aimed at enterprise customers.
