Philippine-based artificial intelligence engineering firm Apper Digital has become the first company in the country to attain Select partner status in Anthropic’s Claude Partner Network, a program for technology firms deploying the Claude AI platform for enterprise customers.
The Manila-based company, which operates as Apper AI Solutions, announced on Oct. 6 that it had been promoted to the Select tier after meeting Anthropic’s requirements for technical certifications, production deployments, and validated customer projects.
Anthropic, the developer of Claude and a major competitor of OpenAI, launched the Claude Partner Network in March 2026 with a commitment of $100 million for partner training, technical support, and joint marketing activities.
The network has four partnership levels: Registered, Select, Preferred, and Global Premier.
To qualify for Select status, a company must have at least 10 Claude-certified practitioners, at least two customers running Claude in production, and a customer case study validated by Anthropic.
According to Apper, more than 40,000 companies have applied to join the partner network.
The company’s promotion was supported by its work with D.W. Morgan Company Inc., a logistics technology firm operating across global supply chains.
Under the project, Apper trained 14 D.W. Morgan engineers over 10 weeks to develop four AI agent systems using the Claude Agent SDK.
One of the systems, a legacy software migration tool now in production, converted a Ruby on Rails backend to the Go programming language in two hours, consuming $22 worth of Claude usage.
Apper said the same migration would have taken an estimated one and a half weeks if performed manually.
The project illustrates how AI agents are being used beyond conventional chatbot applications to perform software engineering and other enterprise tasks that previously required substantial manual work.
Founded in Metro Manila in 2019, Apper provides AI engineering services to companies in business process outsourcing, financial technology, professional services, and enterprise IT.
The firm is also an AWS Advanced Tier Services Partner and a Google Cloud Service Delivery Partner. It said it has trained more than 200 certified cloud and AI professionals.
Its Claude Professional Services offering covers three stages of enterprise AI adoption: preparing organizations and identifying use cases, designing AI architectures and evaluation criteria, and deploying production systems with monitoring and technical support.
Apper said most of its engagements reach production within six to 12 weeks, with its engineers working alongside customer teams to develop and maintain AI applications.
“For Philippine enterprises, this means a local team whose certifications and delivery work have been reviewed by Anthropic itself,” said Diwa “Wawi” del Mundo, founder and CEO of Apper.
“Filipino organizations can adopt the same technology enterprises use worldwide, with support in their own timezone, from a team that understands regulations like the Data Privacy Act.”
