Riot Games has added Hush, a new playable Duelist in its tactical shooter Valorant, with abilities that let players manipulate objects, displace opponents, and disrupt enemy formations.
Hailing from Guangdong province in China, Hush is a Cantonese-speaking Agent classified as a Telekinetic Operative. Her abilities focus on crowd control, mobility, and precision, including redirecting projectiles in midair and suspending enemies during combat.
Hush has five abilities: Telekinesis, Displacement, Flashbulb, Flow, and Suspension.
Her passive ability, Telekinesis, allows her to pick up weapons and the Spike from a greater distance. The Spike interaction is available only when attacking. She can also operate switches remotely.
Displacement launches a steerable projectile that pulls players toward its center when detonated. Players who collide with a surface or another player while affected are concussed. The ability resets after every two kills.
Flashbulb lets Hush throw a flash device and redirect it while airborne. The device detonates upon hitting a surface or after a short delay, temporarily blinding players who look toward it.
For mobility, Flow allows Hush to set an anchor point and propel herself toward it after a short delay. When activated in midair, it briefly suspends her before she moves toward the target.
Her ultimate ability, Suspension, fires a steerable projectile that can be manually detonated to levitate affected players, leaving them exposed to follow-up attacks.
The combination of displacement, flashes, and mobility gives Hush several ways to initiate fights, reposition herself, and interfere with enemy movements.
Hush was introduced during the Hush Launch Party, where cosplayer Chiyoh portrayed the new Agent.
The character became available in Valorant on October 28, 2026, expanding the game’s roster of Duelists with a kit built around telekinesis and crowd control.
