EastWest Bank has partnered with Visa to launch the BizAccess Visa Debit Card, a financial product designed to help small and medium enterprises (SMEs) simplify their banking and operational workflows.
The BizAccess Visa Debit Card integrates with a dedicated checking account and online banking tools, allowing entrepreneurs to separate personal and business finances, track expenses in real time, and manage cash flow digitally.
EastWest Bank CEO Jerry Ngo said the initiative underscores the bank’s long-term support for Filipino entrepreneurs.
“SMEs are the backbone of the Philippine economy, and we’re proud to give them the tools they need to thrive,” Ngo stated.
Through the BizAccess platform, business owners can issue up to ten Visa debit cards for their employees, providing centralized oversight of expenditures and enhanced financial control.
The cards also come with travel accident insurance, instant transaction notifications, and access to Visa’s exclusive promotions and rewards for business clients.
Complementing the debit card is the BizAccess Checking Account, which has a minimum maintaining balance of ₱25,000 and can be managed through the EasyBiz Online Business Banking portal.
The digital platform enables account monitoring, supplier payments, and government remittances, while also supporting corporate bill payments and expense tracking.
Ngo emphasized that BizAccess was developed not merely as a banking product but as a “business partner” for entrepreneurs seeking secure, efficient, and modern financial management solutions.
