TCL showcases AI-driven air conditioning systems at Milan expo

TCL presented its latest residential and light commercial air conditioning technologies at the Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) 2026 in Milan, highlighting artificial intelligence-driven features aimed at improving energy efficiency and indoor air quality.

The company’s exhibit, held from March 24 to 27 at Fiera Milano Rho, featured several new systems designed for both home and commercial use, including models with voice control, energy-saving functions, and air purification capabilities.

Among the products showcased were the FreshIN 3.0, VoxIN, SaveIN, and BreezeIN units, which TCL said are built around three core functions: AI health, AI voice control, and AI energy-saving.

FreshIN 3.0 includes air filtration and monitoring features, while VoxIN is designed for voice-controlled operation and can function without an internet connection. The company said some models can operate at noise levels as low as 16 decibels and carry high energy-efficiency ratings.

For commercial applications, TCL presented its Free Match system, which allows multiple indoor units to connect to a single outdoor unit for multi-zone climate control. It also displayed a high-static ducted system capable of supporting extended duct lengths for larger spaces.

The company also demonstrated its air conditioning systems in real-world scenarios at the booth, including performance in extreme temperatures and voice-activated controls.

TCL said its participation in the event is part of efforts to expand its presence in global markets and strengthen its position in energy-efficient climate technologies.
