Logistics firm GoGo Xpress has rolled out a rewards platform that converts delivery activity into points and raffle entries, including a ₱1-million grand prize, as it seeks to deepen engagement with online sellers.
The “Hustle-Naryo” platform, launched April 21, tracks merchants’ completed deliveries through an in-app “Hustle-Meter” and assigns corresponding points under a campaign running until Oct. 31, 2026.
Under the system, each completed delivery earns one point, while every 10 points correspond to a raffle entry for periodic draws. Monthly winners will receive prizes such as GCash credits and gadgets, with a grand draw at the end of the campaign.
The company said the program is its first platform-wide points system tied directly to delivery activity, targeting its network of more than 329,000 merchants nationwide amid continued growth in e-commerce.
Participation is limited to selected areas, including parts of Metro Manila, Rizal, and Batangas, with users required to opt in via the GoGo Xpress app or web dashboard. Only deliveries completed after enrollment count toward rewards.
“Online sellers today are the bosses of their own operations, managing everything from products to last-mile coordination,” said Raffy Vicente, president and chief operating officer of QuadX Inc.
“With Hustle-Naryo, we wanted to reflect their day-to-day activity on the platform while making consistency more visible and measurable over time. As part of our ‘Be The Boss’ approach, we also designed the system so that the more active they are, the more opportunities they have to earn rewards through points and perks.”
Alongside the rewards rollout, GoGo Xpress said it has expanded its prepaid “GoGo Packs,” which bundle delivery credits to help sellers manage logistics costs more predictably.
The company said the initiative forms part of its broader push to support online sellers as competition intensifies and delivery performance becomes a key factor in customer retention.
