The Philippine Competition Commission (PCC) has opened its online case reporting system to the public, allowing citizens to directly submit reports of suspected anti-competitive practices through a digital platform.
Launched on Dec. 18, 2025, the system enables users to file cases online and securely upload supporting documents via the PCC website, eliminating the previous multi-step process that required in-person coordination and staff-assisted submissions.
The platform was developed with support from the Korea International Cooperation Agency and was first unveiled in April 2025.
It is designed to automate intake, improve data handling, and shorten processing time for competition-related complaints.
PCC chairperson Michael Aguinaldo said the system lowers barriers to reporting and expands public participation in competition enforcement.
“By making reporting faster, simpler, and more secure, we are strengthening our collective effort to ensure fair markets,” he said.
The PCC is the country’s primary antitrust regulator, enforcing the Philippine Competition Act, which covers cartels, abuse of dominant position, and anti-competitive mergers and acquisitions.
The rollout of the online reporting system is part of the agency’s broader push to digitize regulatory processes and improve transparency and consumer protection.
The case reporting system is accessible at the PCC’s Case and Compliance Management System portal.
