Epson Philippines has introduced the WorkForce Enterprise WF-C21000, an A3 multifunction printer designed for offices that regularly handle large print volumes.
The WF-C21000 can print up to 100 images per minute in both simplex and duplex modes, allowing it to maintain the same rated speed for one-sided and double-sided documents.
Its high-yield ink cartridges can produce up to 100,000 black-and-white pages and 50,000 color pages before replacement, according to Epson. The capacity is intended to reduce interruptions during large print jobs.
The printer uses Epson’s Heat-Free Technology, which does not require heat during the ink-ejection process. This eliminates warm-up time and allows printing to begin immediately after a job is sent.
Epson said the inkjet-based system also consumes less power and uses fewer replacement parts than comparable laser-printing technology, potentially reducing energy consumption and maintenance requirements.
Optional finishing functions include stapling, hole punching, and booklet printing, allowing offices to complete more document-production tasks using a single machine.
“For businesses, reliable tools are important to keeping daily work moving. At Epson, we design our business printers to handle high workloads with fewer interruptions. This helps teams keep working while also reducing energy use and the need for frequent maintenance,” said Masako Kusama, president and director of Epson Philippines Corporation.
