More than 120 basketball fans gathered in Mandaluyong City on June 6 to watch Game 2 of the NBA Finals at an event organized by Prime Video, which now holds exclusive streaming rights to the championship series as part of its global media partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA).
The watch party was held at Bigger Pictures and featured a live screening of the game, along with basketball-themed activities and fan engagement segments.
The event comes as Prime Video expands its live sports offerings in the Philippines, where subscriptions start at ₱149 per month.
Fans watched as the New York Knicks edged the San Antonio Spurs, 105-104, in Game 2 of the Finals. The victory gave New York a 2-0 lead in the series heading into Game 3 at Madison Square Garden.

According to Prime Video, the event drew basketball fans from across Metro Manila and featured interactive activities such as a shooting arcade, passing challenge, and themed photo installations.
The NBA Finals are streaming live and exclusively on Prime Video under the company’s 11-year global media rights agreement with the NBA.
