GoTyme Bank has expanded its international remittance services, allowing customers to send money through its mobile app to more than 200 countries and territories while receiving overseas transfers directly into their bank accounts.
Customers using the bank’s Send Money Abroad service can transfer funds in eight currencies — Australian dollar, Chinese yuan, euro, British pound, Japanese yen, South Korean won, Singapore dollar, and US dollar.
Before confirming a transaction, the app displays the applicable fees, exchange rate, estimated arrival time, and expected amount to be received.
For inbound remittances, customers can receive money directly into their GoTyme Bank accounts through international banks using SWIFT, supported remittance providers such as TapTap Send, and participating Visa partners.
GoTyme said its SWIFT transfers are powered by Wise. Once funds are received, customers can keep the money in their accounts, spend it, pay bills, or transfer it without having to visit a branch or remittance outlet.
The digital bank is also using the service for a holiday remittance campaign in partnership with Cebu Pacific and TapTap Send. Five grand prize winners will receive round-trip economy tickets for themselves and a companion.

Michelle Eve De Guzman, marketing director of Cebu Pacific, said the airline’s participation is aimed at Filipinos traveling home from overseas markets.

The raffle runs from Sept. 16 to Nov. 30, 2026. Customers who opt in receive one raffle entry for every qualifying international remittance of at least P5,000 sent or received directly through the GoTyme Bank app.
